You know, I was having a bad day before Fulham’s match today.
I’ll write a more thorough synopsis on a better day (both footy and work related), but here’s two statistics for you: 10 to 3, and 8 to 2. The ratio of Fulham’s to Sunderland’s fouls — which most were, btw, absolute crap Mark Halsey! — and the ratio of Fulham’s to Sunderland’s shots on goal.
Anyone could tell you that with discrepant stats like that, you’re not going to win. So stop being pleased, Roy.
