John Panstil is a fashionista

What kind of fashion statement in Johnny Panstil trying to make here?

I noticed the long-sleeve/short-sleeve combo when JP was playing (and at one point, praying) for Ghana at the World Cup this past summer. And now here he is sporting the outfit at Fulham’s opening game yesterday.

JP is known for being a fan favorite at Craven Cottage. But is he now going to be a fashion favorite? Could we see a do-rag like Efe Sodje? Or maybe a face mask like Rich Hamilton? or Ebbe Sand?

I’m going to monitor this a bit as the season progresses, as the sky could be the limit — just ask The Times writer David Kelly.
