Fulham (reserves) win!
By: timmyg | March 25th, 2008
It may be just the reserves, but hey — there needs something to be happy to discuss around the Cottage.
Handing Reading Reserves just their second defeat all season, Fulham won 2-0 with goals from academy player Lewis Cumber and reserve stalwart Ismael Ehui. The victory places the squad 4th in the Reserve League South table, six points from leading West Ham.
Fielding a lineup of fringe but experienced first teamer’s and youngster’s, Fulham cruised to victory over an equally talented Reading side. A full match report is here
Hopefully the inclusion of Smertin means more 1st team action for the Russian, as I think everyone has had enough of Murphy.
